This is the second kitchen we have installed for this customer ( we also installed a utility room and a fitted wardrobe in this property). The large kitchen was made possible by them taking in an adjoining room to accommodate an island unit with seating as shown.
The client had already acquired the range cooker which we had to incorporate into a straight line of units.
JFK installed the kitchen our first house 11 years ago although they have done work for our family since John Franklin started the business back in the 1980s. We have always found them helpful, accommodating with a real knowledge and attention to
detail which sets them apart from most other kitchen companies.
For a bespoke kitchen company they provide real value for money and whenever we complicated the brief by wanting to incorporate our dresser, a cooker or our own wardrobe doors, nothing seems too much trouble. We always enjoy working with their team and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Farrow & Balls’ Cornforth White was the main colour for the kitchen units, (the client continued with this theme for the doors and skirtings) that were designed in an inset shaker style with a 10mm cockbead. The island, in Mylands Bond Street Blue matched an existing dresser in the room and was designed to look freestanding with chunky chamfered corner posts supporting the beautiful Valley White granite work surface. The island had a mixture of storage cupboards and open shelving for cookery books. The main kitchen, incorporating modern integrated appliances including a telescopic extractor, dishwasher and a microwave together with an undermounted stainless steel sink and stylish Silksteel Franke tap finish off this beautiful kitchen. The raspberry and grey tiles from Mandarin Stone – were chosen to pick out the mulberry fleck in the granite work surface.
