Our bathroom was in need of a complete overhaul. It was tired and outdated. We researched many options when looking for our new bathroom. The best option, by far was the complete project management offered by John Franklin Kitchens (they don’t just do kitchens – bathrooms & bedrooms too). We visited the showroom where they have numerous bathroom settings on display. We explained our vision of a separate bath and shower, WC & basin. We thought we were asking the impossible with the space we had in our current bathroom.
Jane, our bathroom designer & project manager, came and measured up. We returned to the showroom a few days later where Jane presented us with 3D computer aided designs and itemised estimated for the work. Jane had three options for us to choose from with different layouts and pricing options.
We selected everything, loo, hand basin, mirror with lights – everything – right down to the tiles & flooring, each product was explained in detail to help us decide which we thought met our requirements. It was a simple as that! Once we had made our choices based on what we wanted and budget we were booked in and a few weeks later our new bathroom was being started.

Every tradesman that came to do their part was absolutely amazing and our project manager kept us updated at each stage of the work. At various points we saw the plumber, electrician, plasterer, wall tiler and flooring guy – they were all clean, tidy and conscious of the fact that they were working in our home.
Our beautiful new bathroom was a complete transformation from a very dated pink bathroom to a stylish modern bathroom with a walk in shower – big enough for two! We love it – thank you!
